Show Us What Makes You Go ‘Wow’ at ESPID 2025!

ESPID 2025 is full of moments that get you thinking, feeling, and discovering new things. We want to see what really catches your eye and makes you say, “That’s awesome!”

Is it a fascinating slide in a session? Meeting your fellow attendees? Or maybe something cool you spot while walking around Bucharest?

Snap a pic of that “wow” moment and share what inspires you – whether it’s the big ideas, the people, or just the energy of the Meeting!

How to Join the Contest:

1. Take a photo of what inspires you during the meeting – anything that makes you stop and think!

2. Post it on social media channels.

3. Use the hashtags #ESPIDInspires and #ESPID2025.

Let your creativity flow – it’s all about those little moments that make the event unforgettable.

Photos can include individuals, groups, or anyone!

You can post as many photos as you like.

Make sure your profile is set to public mode so that we can see your photos.

• Deadline: To be valid, all entries must be shared by 15:30 pm EET Friday, 30 May.
• Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on ESPID social media.
• Prize: Free registration for the ESPID 2026 Meeting.

• By entering the Contest, all participants agree, if necessary, to have their name and/or picture used for promotional purposes free of charge.
• By entering the contest, you attest to your eligibility as outlined in the contest rules and release ESPID and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
• The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money.
• ESPID and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value.
• Refusal to accept the prize releases ESPID and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, from any liability and obligation toward the winner.
• ESPID and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, shall assume no liability whatsoever for any situation in which their inability to act results from an event or situation unforeseeable or beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or any other labor dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations and businesses whose services are used to hold this contest.
• By entering this contest, all participants agree to abide by the contest rules as stated above, including any amendments applied by ESPID and Kenes Group.
• The winner will be announced on and contacted via social media channels.
